Customer Reviews: One good drill January 12, 2007 Mr. G. W. Vaughan Jr. (Newport, NC. USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is the second Makita 6013BR drill I've owned. I still have the first one, bought in 1985 and it still works fine! My construction co. does alot of heavy duty drilling so I had to buy a second one. I've changed the brushes in the old one about five times and blow it off every time its used and thats it. 21yrs. old and still going strong!
Very good drill November 3, 2008 Jeffro (California) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We bought the first one about 5 or 6 years ago and never had a problem. We use it to drill through a lot of wood for our panels that we build in our yard. I would definatley recommend this drill to any do it yourselfer or anybody else who needs a good qualtiy drill with plenty of power to handle any job you need to get done. The only reason we bought a new one is because the old one finally burned up the motor but we put it through alot more work than your typical weekend warrior.
