| Customer Reviews: great drill November 3, 2009 K. keele (kc.mo.) very pleased with this drill.i was concerned with it being factory reconditioned, but it turned out a great deal at a low price.i would buy from this dealer again in the future.
Top Notch Drill for Cheap January 15, 2009 C. Owens (Washington, DC) I'm generally a little suspicious of "reconditioned" items, but this drill arrived in near-new condition. The only evidence of prior ownership is a small scratch on the housing.
Setting aside the reconditioned nature, this drill is excellent. It's got real heft and power, without being overly bulky or heavy. Lots of versatility with the two speed settings and second grip.
All in all a great way to get high-end tools for cheap.
Too early to tell January 14, 2009 C. Baxley When they they say used on a reconditoned product they mean it. The case and everything was good except the drill looked like it was used at a construction site for a few months. These flaws are only cosmetic so far. Very well built product and the one time I have used it it worked well. My b-law has a Ryobi 18 volt he bought new and he was very impressed for the money I paid for it. The battery on the Rigid didn't flop around like on the Ryobi. Like I said the only flaw is cosmetic and I can live with that for the money.
